1. Introduction
Newfire Media (newfire.media) provides 3D animations and product renders for industrial companies, primarily for marketing and training purposes.
2. Service Terms
We offer custom 3D animation and rendering services. Delivery timelines are provided individually per project. Clients will have an opportunity for revisions and final approvals, detailed in each project agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are due as outlined in individual project proposals or contracts. Newfire Media does not typically offer refunds once a project is initiated unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights of delivered products remain with Newfire Media until payment is fully received. Upon full payment, clients gain full usage rights to the delivered content, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Liability Limitations
Newfire Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided. Our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
6. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate services based on terms outlined in individual contracts. Newfire Media reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment or breach of agreement terms.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first seek resolution through mutual negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be settled through a mutually acceptable mediator located in the State of Texas.
8. Changes to Terms & Contact Information
